PREP: 10 MINS
COOK: 40 MINS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup organic quick oats
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1 /4 cup raw honey
50g butter
1 TBSP water
1 tsp baking powder
METHOD
Melt honey and butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Fold all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add honey, butter, water to dry mix and fold until combined.
Add more water if not sticking together.
Pre-heat oven to 120.
Roll into 14 balls.
Bake for 30 mins and then leave to cool for 10mins.
CONSUME ALL AT ONCE!
