BEST MUESLI BARS EVER

SERIOUSLY THE BEST ALL NATURAL MUESLI BARS YOU WILL EVER TASTE.

INGREDIENTS – PICK YOUR FAVOURITE FLAVOUR
FRUIT + NUT FREE BAR
1.5 CUPS ORGANIC ROLLED OATS
1/4 CUP 
CHOC CHIP BITE
1.5 CUPS ORGANIC ROLLED OATS
1/4 CUP PEPITAS
1/4 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/4 CUP CACAO NIBS
1/2 CUP ALMONDS ( CHOP THESE UP ROUGHLY)
1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
1/2 CUP RICE MALT SYRUP
1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL MELTED

THE LOADED BAR
1.5 CUPS ORGANIC ROLLED OATS
1/4 CUP PEPITA SEEDS
1/4 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/2 CUP ALMONDS ( CHOP THESE UP ROUGHLY)
1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
4 MEDJOOL DATES (ROUGHLY CHOPPED)
1/2 CUP RICE MALT SYRUP
1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL MELTED
 
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 

Place parchment paper in a square baking tray.

Press mixture firmly into the tray using a spatula or place more paper on top to press in down really firm.

Bake on 180 for 20 mins.

Remove and set aside for up to an hour or until they have cooled down completely – if you don’t do this you will end up with granola.

Slice into 8 bars.
Store them in the pantry and consume within the week.
