INGREDIENTS

Mt. Elephant Superfood Ball Mix 

Your favourite melting chocolate for coating 
METHOD
THE BALLS
Place the contents of the Mt Elephant Chocolate Cherry Protein balls into the food processor or blender and blend.

Add 3 tbsp boiling and mix ingredients into a big ball.

Place in the freezer for 5 – 10 minutes to set slightly.

Roll into approx. 10 balls.

Coat in your favourite melted chocolate.

Place in the fridge to set for 5 – 10 minutes.

Stick onto skewers and BOOM.

CHOC CHERRY CAKE POPS

Store them in the fridge if you want to eat them within the week, otherwise store them in the freezer.

MAKE YOUR OWN CHOCOLATE FOR COATING
2 TBSP rice malt syrup, honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup raw cacao
a squirt of organic vanilla bean paste
