INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw macadamias
¼ cup hemp seeds
¾ cup desiccated coconut
6 medjool dates, pitted
Juice of a lemon
Zest half lemon
1 TBSP rice malt syrup
1TBSP Tropeaka Maca Powder
2 SCOOPS Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt

 

METHOD
Add all ingredients together in a blender and combine.
Roll into a big ball and roll out into a rectangle.
Cut into 12 portions. Roll into balls.
Toss in coconut.
Store in the freezer.
