This 8 week program is suitable for the postpartum mamma to rebuild and strengthen her bod after bub. You must have a clearance from your health care professional after birth before commencing this or any exercise program. Usually 2-4 weeks depending on your delivery. Once you complete this 8 week program you can move over to the FIT + STRONG PROGRAM.
